Hermana Nichols & Utah Visit

I had the best time in Utah spending time with Kelly before she leaves for her mission. She is going to be the BEST missionary and I couldn't be more excited for her. I selfishly will hate not being able to call and text her, hear her laugh and tell her hilarious stories, but I know she will be doing amazing things in Honduras. Being in Utah also means getting to see all my Utah friends! Love these people and missing seeing and working with them everyday!

A Banana Republic photoshoot of course.

A Utah visit isn't complete without City Creek, shopping, and this girl.
She should model for Blue Lemon.

I got to meet this sweet boy which only makes me miss living close to his parents that much more. Crossing my fingers for the day we live close again! Love the Martineaus!

And then of course there's Westside. I love visiting all of my sweet friends here and I get teary eyed everytime I pull into the parking lot. This place is my home as much as anywhere else and I love these people so much. And of course I show up to this...
All over my old stomping grounds.
Two words. Oh my. Never a dull moment here!

I got to go to the temple twice with Kelly and loved every second. Such a fun experience.

A weekend visit to Midway to stay with grandpa. Constant laughter right there.

We miss living in the same city as Lauren and Mike and are excited to have them live a little closer. And we especially can't wait to get our hands on baby Nixon in a few weeks!

I love this girl and am so proud of her. She is a great example to me and I'm excited for her to serve and bring the gospel to the people of Honduras.

Stephanie Anderson

Stephanie and I have been friends since my middle school days in Niceville, Florida and I was so thrilled I could be at her wedding last weekend. She was a breathtaking bride, and her husband is just as sweet as ever. It's always so special to be in the Salt Lake Temple, and while I was missing Kevin being there, it was fun to have Kelly in there with me for the first time. So happy for this cute couple and glad we could celebrate with them.

Love the Moore fam!

Loved seeing Savannah! Missing the rest of our Floridian friends!

Sidney Comes to Texas...

Sidney flew in from Boston for an impromptu visit and I couldn't have been more thrilled to have her! We packed it all in including a zone conference luncheon! {she's a good sport!} I miss living so close to her and can't wait for our next reunion. Thanks for visiting, Sid!

College Station Day-Cation

We've been wanting to get out to College Station for a while, so we spent the day there a few weeks ago. We had such a fun day at the George Bush Library, seeing all of NOV's parts that were part of the Offshore Drilling Exhibit. Kevin was a good sport and modeled by all of the equipment. :)
I now know a million random facts about George H. Bush and love that Bush fam even more. We managed to squeeze in a Texas A&M baseball game and drive around campus too. I loved all the maroon around town! Such a spirited school. Kevin can't wait for the 450 million dollar renovation to be done so we can go back to Kyle Field. Love this cute town.

Simply Prom

A few weeks ago, my friend and I did the food for an 8-stake, Mormon Prom. There was a great turnout and I think we pulled it off despite the car being broken into in the church parking lot, and our purses/(our lives) being stolen. Regardless, still a memorable and fun event filled with meatballs, cupcakes, and Italian sodas for days.

The best shopping helpers!

Recruited those husbands to help us out!

Chocolate fountain opening ceremonies.

Got the best to man the Italian soda bar.

Photobombed by Brent.

Love this lady! Craziest weekend ever, but it's always a party with her.
